2. Order
Hosting Plan by filling up the Form
Choose from the hosting plans carefully and fill up
the form to order. You need to pay us by dropping
the payment to our office. You can also make A/C Payee
Cheques or Drafts to MantraNetwork Pvt. Ltd. Please
remember that your account will not be setup without
clearance of your payment.
3. Link your Domain to MagnumHost
Follow our email instruction for technical details
to link your domains to us. This process will take
about 24-72 hours.
4. Let us Design or Design your
Site and Upload to your Server
Follow the email instruction you receive after signup
to upload your site to your site. Bingo ! You have
completed your site.
WEB DESIGN PROCESS
1. Analysis and Consultation
This stage includes preparing of quote(s) for the
client. Consultancy is sually handled over the phone,
serves to discuss concepts, analyze objectives, review
elements of competitor sites and answer any questions
you may have regarding your web design.
Before starting, we ask you to fill out a simple web
design questionnaire which helps us understand your
needs better. This includes information on sample
sites with features, designs and colors that you like.
Once we have a mutual agreement on the type of site
you want, and a 50% advance, we begin work.
2. Design Prototype
Taking the information from both the standard survey
and phone consultation, we will begin development
of your new site and email you a site progression
address in which you may review during the creation
process.
You can rely on MagnumHost to deliver two high-quality
layouts to choose from, within 7 days of your order.
Layouts include navigation design, swap images, rollovers,
drop-down menus, different color combinations and
eye-catching graphics. You will be shown the layouts
on our server.
Once you have chosen the layout you want, we complete
the rest of your site within 7 days for a 10-12 page
site. So you have a completed site that is up and
running within just over a week from the date you
place your order.
3. Feedback
Let us know your thoughts and opinions regarding the
initial pages. We request that you summarize any discussions
with your designer regarding your feedback items within
email format so that both parties can be clear on
revision expectations.
4. Revisions
Mock-ups are revised and emailed to you for further
review.
4. Approval
When you are satisfied with your web design, provide
us with your approval via phone and email.
5. Development
Project is now ready to move into the development
phase. We will optimize your artwork, develop HTML,
and integrate code and images within your new site
or e-store.
6. Project Completion
Design and development of your site is now complete.
Our web design team will notify you that your project
is finished and forward you a customer satisfaction
survey requesting any feedback that you'd like to
provide to us.
7. Uploading to Server
Once you approve the finished site and we receive
the balance 50% of your payment, we upload the site
to the server of your hosting company (we require
FTP details if you are not hosting with us) and hand
it over to you.
Deadlines
Under most circumstances, our web design team can
finish your site within two to four weeks. All of
our custom projects include a four week deadline to
ensure that your web site can be up and running as
quickly as possible. The process is largely dependent
upon you as we'll rely on your initial information,
feedback, and continued communication to help your
web site reach it's full potential.
